We have done plenty of episodes on the topic of health, but this week we decided to talk about the rollercoaster that is ones health journey. Whether it's physical health or mental health it's never perfect.
We share where we are currently, on our health journeys, what we do to help get out of a lull period, and our "why" for wanting to be healthy. We discuss some of our biggest struggles with our health journeys both mental and physical. Although, we haven't fully overcome a lot of these struggles we discussed where we are at with them and what we do to try and help improve these struggles.
