The BadGuy pens an open letter to Detroit regarding the city, the mindset of it's occupants and his opinion on what he feels is underserved loyalty from Detroiters to it’s former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick who was convicted and sentenced to 28 years in federal prison for running a criminal enterprise from the mayors office.
