Do you use the scale to determine your health?

If you do, it only makes sense as that is what we have been conditioned to do ever since a young age. 

In this episode, I call BS on the scale. Not only from a scientific perspective, but a psychological perspective, the scale tells you so little about your overall health and there are much better metrics that you should be asking your doctor for other than your weight.
