The world is still reeling from the impact of Covid-19 and everyone is affected in some way, not least persecuted Christians. As well as the regular opposition and marginalisation they face they also now have to cope with the spread of the virus and the restrictions of lockdown – in many cases without the health care provision and economic support we are so privileged to have in this country. Release International is working hard to support all of our international partners during this time of crisis.
In the UK we are approaching a sixth week of lockdown. On today’s podcast I am joined by Release workers Kenneth, James and Stephen. We’ll talk about how the restrictions are impacting and bringing innovation to the UK facing work of Release, and also how the experiences of persecuted Christians can help us to cope with lockdown.
