In a crazy time it's futile to worry about the things that fall outside our responsibilities. The anxiety of every unknown danger can be destabilizing.
However, because of the nature of personal responsibility, being limited in scope, it's important to remember not to reach outside into the chaos. Crystal and I talk about humility and how living within our own sphere of responsibility during times of panic is a more meaningful path to take than fear.
