What she loves most about her job is working with leadership to help them be better coaches, and therefore amplifying training's impact across the entire organization.
Her primary areas of focus are ensuring faster on-boarding of new sellers, advancing sellers' product & industry knowledge, and building their skills to increase readiness as they move up in their career.
