Shea gives us insight into a head distiller's mind and his future creative projects! Shea, Young nose and I taste Gervasi's newest finished bourbons, due out some time in October! One bourbon is finished for 8 months in rum casks, and the other is finished in brandy casks from France, also for 8 months! We had a blast I hope you do too!
