On this weeks wellbeing show its Christmas.
Following on with our December theme of a Concious Christmas I'm delighted to be chatting with Dheep, a writer and bestselling author of ‘A New York Kind of Love’.
Her inspirational book is a memoir of her life and how that spun out of control reaching the point where she started her day with cocaine, and the party kept going 7 days a week.
From the outside looking in Dheep seemed to have it all. She had moved to New York and had hit it big in investment banking. She had that sex in the city lifestyle, money, clothes, awesome apartment, and she had it all but, was utterly miserable.
Finally she found the courage to quit. And I'm delighted to have her on this weeks show to share her story.
As its Christmas we've invited Joseph Omoragbon from living faith church South Shields to share a Christmas message of Joy. Jesus is the reason for the season.
And I'll be sharing with you all your Christmas gratitude stories as well as playing all your favourite Christmas hymns and songs. We may even have a few interesting festive guests in the studio including Elaine, the 1998 winner of Stars in their eyes, who won as Belinda Carlisle.
We will be talking all things festive and chatting with Morris Mathison and hearing his reflections on the season too. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
