Bill most recently starred in the Broadway revival of Take Me Out and is also known for his work in the Broadway revival of Cabaret and Signature Theater's Angels in America. He has also appeared in the Coen Brothers' film The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, Pit Stop and FX's The Old Man.
