202.  can you relate to this?  i signed up for a personal trainer and it still took me about 2 months to go to the gym.  i was scared of so many things. 

so i did what i tell my clients to do. i found the tiniest, safest, most doable step and i did that. it broke the seal and i was able to get my buns into the gym. and now i even hunt down new gyms when i'm traveling!
