Happy New Year!
Although we are several days into the New Year, we have taken much time to reflect. We typically do not rush to make resolutions (if at all). We instead take a posture to write and reflect.
As it relates to this podcast, we have reflected on what we do and why. Reviewing this podcast episode with our previous guest Shundria Riddick reminds us of the work we do at the intersection of faith and mental health.
Shundria is a licensed professional counselor who reminds us to challenge our assumptions about what we believe to be true about God, His Word, and ourselves. Shundria gives us practical examples of how we can see our faith demonstrated in practical ways.
Tune in to this episode to be encouraged as we are by Shundria! What a way to begin the year by reflecting on what we do and why!
