Description

In this episode, Dr.  Gadson continues discussing the benefits of journaling.

Through the use of expressive writing, we can record our negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. When we courageously and intentionally review these writings, we begin to cognitively process and understand our behaviors.

Isaiah wrote “in their presence”.  Judah, was reminded of the poor and ungodly choices they made in Isaiah 30:8.  When we write  in our tablets concerning our ungodly choices and unhealthy alliances, they are now in our presence.  Right in our faces for us to see.

Dr. Gadson discusses how facing our poor choices as opposed to avoiding them could result in those behaviors becoming extinct in our lives.

Tune in to this episode to learn more about how to diminish our emotional responses and poor choices.
