Today’s #podcast had on @seueaglesbaseball #catcher @alexiajorge_26 & @noplacelikehome_bsbl who is a junior at the university. She’s usually up 3:30am every morning. Always working on her craft. Besides being a student athlete she works two jobs. Commutes from home to school. She played @lyndhursthsbaseball for three years too. Has been playing #baseball since she was three when she joined her brother’s #teeball team. Excelled at #littleleague where she hit for power and pitched three #nohitters too. Came up thru @mlbdevelops and won gold @copabe_wbsc with @usabaseball in 2019. She is one of 7 #women playing in #collegebaseball as is a teammate of hers @_oliviapichardo currently on @brownu_baseball team. Her goal is to play @wbsc in #thunderbay this summer. Her favorite player is #brianmccann who she got to #facetime recently from his good friend @markdero7 an awesome moment for her. Favorite current player is #bryceharper whose @phillies look like a strong bet to getting to #worldseries this year. Olivia is a role model and baseball has taught her many life lessons. Supportive family and a very hard worker. It’s a grind and she is working extremely hard to make her goals a reality.
