Emotional Release as a form of Healing:

  1. Events create experiences.
  2. Experiences create stories.
  3. Stories create emotions.
  4. If emotions aren't released, the body stores them as energy.
  5. Pent-up energy causes disease, disorder, and dysfunction.
  6. Releasing stagnant energy can heal the body's ailments.
  7. Feeling your feelings is a great way to release them.
  8. Emotional Release creates a void (ether), which can be refilled with Love & Light.
