"Honey, we're going to have to sell the house." Those were the first words I used to tell my wife I'd just been fired from my career of 18 years. The only career I'd known since college came crashing down a few days after my 40th birthday.
The next few weeks and the first six months set me on an entrepreneurial path that I could have never imagined in my wildest dreams. Becoming the founder of a technology company that revolutionized an industry.
Today's episode focuses on the immediate aftermath of losing my career. 20 years ago in March. That time reminds me a great deal of the rollercoaster of emotions many of us are going through now during this season of PAUSE in our lives.
It was a time when I drew resourcefulness from my prior experiences, found my passion and benefitted from God's timing.
