The coronavirus (COVID 19) has shut down normal day to day activities around the world. Most cities have opted to quarantine its residents in order to fight the spread of the virus. This is maybe the first time in most people’s lives something of this magnitude has occurred. We aren’t wired to handle being stuck in one place against our own will. However, we need to do our part in making sure we are safe, those we care about are safe and our neighbors are safe.
