We’re back at it with another episode in our Self Care series. Picture it: The year is 2019 BC (before Corona), your evenings and weekends are filled with socializing and attending multiple events at crowded venues. Fast forward to these Corona times, and a lot of these activities are no longer an option. Many of us are quarantined or practicing social distancing and finding we are spending more time alone than ever. For some, this may be a time where you are prone to feelings of loneliness. And today, we want to give you some tips on how to stay connected if you’re feeling alone during quarantine.
