We had to produce an episode for our listeners who are frustrated, scared, and bothered by the racism we all face in the US. There isn't much to say to describe the feeling of hopelessness and pure anger towards a system that seeks to exclude us at all costs including our lives.

We had the opportunity to speak with a beautiful minded sister, Sheena, a modern-day activist who wanted to share her passionate thoughts with our listeners. Sheena is a huge proponent of black people researching their history. She believes you have power in your vote and it is important to review the policies of your local, state, and federal candidates so you are well informed before you vote. Most importantly, Sheena is asking we all care for our fellow black man, woman, and child.
