Description

You did it!  You completed the four or more years necessary to earn your college degree of choice.  No more all-nighters.  No more office hours with nonchalant professors.  No more group presentations (thank goodness!).  As the pressure valves of college life were slowly released, you probably began to think of your future.  Oh, the bright future of money, cars, trips, expensive clothes, a big house and don’t forget the large corner office.  You probably already had a start date set for a job before you were adorned with your cap and gown.  Or you could’ve been like most seniors and waited numerous months to hear back from the companies you interviewed for during your last year.  No matter how you started your career, what’s most important is where you are today and where you want to be in the future.  As Full-Time Black Women, most of us are probably experienced professionals or beginning to gain a few grains of seasoning. During these current times, you probably have either sat and pondered on your current situation be it employed or not.

If you are deciding on a career or job change, you should focus on the three P’s; poison, profit, and passion.
