Fighting for your dreams, while in the trenches at work can be discouraging. You’re battling microaggressions, misogynoir, and a multitude of soul-sucking moments day in and day out. And that’s just the impact of other people in your work environment. Sometimes the battle isn’t even outside of you; sometimes you’re warring within yourself. The truth is many of us are fighting alone, or at least it feels that way. If you’re the only one or one of few in your office, there’s a chance you know what I’m talking about. And for that reason, we need to discuss the importance of a Get It Gang.
So What is a Get It Gang?
A Get it Gang is a group of people you are close with who are also trying to fight for their dreams.
