So we’ve talked about how to avoid getting stuck in the cycle of bad employers. We’ve also discussed how to prepare for an interview. But, there are some people out there that don’t quite understand that the interview is not just an evaluation of you, but it’s also your evaluation of the potential employer. Think of it like trying on shoes. (Picture it, Harp) If you need shoes for a special occasion, what do you do? Check out different brands, find the ones that pique your interest, you set parameters on the style, color and heel height, then you try them on and walk around in them for a bit, and then you analyze the price vs value and make a decision. Boom! The try-on phase of buying a shoe is essentially the Q & A portion of your interview, where you get to ask the questions to determine whether this place of employment fits your needs. So today, we’re going to give you a few example questions to ask the interviewer, and why the answers are important to your decision process.
