Jill Sanderson is here to give us some insight on all things scrum master and agility. Jill currently holds a position as a senior agile coach with Dude Solutions, a Raleigh-based SaaS organization. Although, she has found herself in a position she loves, at one time she was a stay at home mother, caring for two boys and building a community for herself, Happy Valley Moms. Jill created this group to meet new people, coordinate playdates, or nights out with the girls, connecting people, similar to her scrum and agile ways! Jill offers some helpful advice on getting involved in your community, online and locally. When it comes to being hesitant in taking that first initial leap, whether that's getting back into the workforce or changing career paths, Jill is an awesome example of just how being open to new experiences and challenging yourself can go a long way in your journey!
