When I first saw @myskintruth 's instagram account I was in awe over how far she has come in her skin journey (she vulnerably shares her "before" photos on her account). She has been through so much. And on the podcast today, she shares how she healed her skin.
For those of us with skin issues, or for those of us who have suffered from skin issues in the past, we know how deeply it can affect our self confidence. This episode is a healing balm of hope. Beautiful and healthy skin is possible!
