I was delighted to be joined by Gavin Dempsey this week. Gavin is currently working in Edinburgh, Scotland as academy physiotherapist with Edinburgh Rugby and the Scottish U-18 national team. Over the last 7 years Gavin has worked predominantly in Rugby but has experience with soccer and hockey also. He spent 3 years in London Wasps before taking up a role in the infamous Loughborough University. Throughout this chat , Gavin tells us why he has a bone to pick with Ross Edgely, hamstring injuries, the importance of cultureĀ and gives his thoughts on returning to sport after the long lay off! Enjoy!
