Along with hearing about James Keays journey to his current position as Head of Athletic Development in Wellington School, he talks about the LTAD model in place there, the challenges of working across for multiple sports and how he prepared his U-18 rugby team who are in the semi-final of the National Vase Schools Cup very soon.
