CJ went from struggling to pick up a weightlifting bar to now deadlifting well over 400 pounds. His process was one that is familiar to most people who have a hard time gaining muscle. It was not a straight path to success but one that was filled with wild programs, different ideologies, lots of hard work, and perseverance. He kept his goal at the forefront of his mind, decided that health and fitness were an important aspect of his life, and successfully created a healthy lifestyle.
