Franziska, a Louisiana native graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University with her degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. During her time at Tulane, she founded Glass Half Full along with her cofounder, Max Steitz, in the Spring of 2020. While running Glass Half Full, Franziska was recognized in Gambit’s 40 under 40 and featured on Mike Rowe’s reality tv show, Returning the Favor. Max and Franziska have also been featured on local and national news channels such as the Weather Channel, Good Morning America, and The Guardian.
