My name is Garrett Mayersohn. I'm 27 and a college graduate from Florida Atlantic University. I have been lucky enough to pursue some of my passions on a small scale. When I was a year old I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy which is basically a miscommunication between the brain and the body and the nervous system. I've had to overcome a lot of challenges though out my life. Besides accessibility issues, it has been people's attitudes and misconceptions especially in the love and dating department. I became very passionate about educating people and bringing awareness about my disability and other people who live with similar conditions to show that despite our challenges we are still able to live a good life. At the end of the day we are still people just like everyone else for the most part.
