Rinat Sherzer is a social entrepreneur, recognized speaker and university professor. She has a background in biotech-engineering, building tech start-ups and using design to address society challenges. Rinat and I met in our masters program, Design for Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. After graduating we started our own agency called Of Course Global which was a conscious innovation lab. Using the principles of human centered design, quantum theory, and energetics we created experiences and workshops for businesses to help them develop their social and environmental initiatives. Rinat is now still running Of Course Global but is also doing a ton of other amazing work which we’ll dive into in this episode!
