• Where do I want to be in the future? 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years?
• What bets do I need to place now to get to that future?  These bets could be about the company you work for, the people you surround yourself with, the knowledge you acquire, the experiences you gain, the personal priorities you place around family, health, finances, etc.
