The source and summit of our faith is the Eucharist which is the true and real presence of Jesus - Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity. Each time we receive Jesus, we are incorporated into HIM! During the Liturgy of the Eucharist, the bread and wine are transubstantiated into the Body and Blood of Jesus Himself. This is a powerful reality whereby the complete openness of our heart is so important to our spiritual lives.
