Description

On this episode of We Talk Health, Will Kwasigroh sits down with Carrie Ann Knox, Rene Hampton, and Hailey Archer and talks all about colorectal cancer risks and nutrition. Colorectal cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer death in the United States, and it is one of the most preventable types of cancer. There are several key factors, some controllable, some uncontrollable, that contribute to someone developing colon cancer, and the best way to prevent colon cancer is by getting a colonoscopy, starting at age 45.

If you need help quitting smoking, want to schedule an appointment with West Tennessee Gastro to set up a colonoscopy, or have questions about the Kirkland Cancer Center, see the links below to find out more.
