READY - SET - SLEEP with EFTCarol Richard is an Accredited, Certified EFT Practitioner with EFT International. She is bilingual and works in both French and English.Carol helps people who struggle with sleeping order for them to learn how to fall asleep naturally using EFT. She helps her clients look at 5 different areas in their lives (Health, Family, Work, Money or spirituality) to see which area is carrying stress and overwhelmed causing you to lose sleep. When we have a busy monkey brain, it can result in lack of sleep at night.Carol herself suffered from severe lack of sleep a few years ago and saw her life falling apart. Her stress started because of work and then started affecting other areas in her life. She did not know EFT at that time and found herself lost and alone. She will share with you how she found EFT at the time and how it has completely changed her life. The results she experienced with tapping where so remarkable that she can't imagine not doing this for the rest of her life.
