It appears that Two Point Hospital is not in the Wallace and Gromit universe, just seems to be a common thought that the art style looks similar.
That trash bag Pokémon is called Trubbish, by the way, not Trashy. Ditto is also in Pokémon Sword/Shield, but it doesn’t look like Lickitung made the cut.
