This episode takes a closer look at the eight essential CogWheels of Brain Health. MINDRAMP has been monitoring and tracking brain and mind research for two decades. We have focused our attention on the factors that impact the health and wellbeing of our brains and minds as we grow older. The evidence points to eight behavioral areas that have a profound impact on our brains, some negative, some positive. We call these eight areas "CogWheels" because they interact and influence one another like cogs of a complex mechanism. All eight areas must be stable to give yourself the best chance of remaining healthy and preventing cognitive decline and dementia.
