Description

How do we cope with a global pandemic?  What toll is this crisis having on our mental health?  Nurse Katie and Andrew explore coping strategies that are currently helping them in this difficult time for our nation.  They also share the things they are doing to relieve stress and that are helping them while the whole world has been upended. Habits play a crucial role in our consistency and our ability to continue to show up in this world for ourselves and others.  How do you want to show up in the world right now? 

Meditation, journaling, and exercise are key components that have helped the May crew to stay sane given the current situation with being quarantined for what seems like will be 6-8 weeks in total.  Madness can settle in if you allow it, but you must focus on what you CAN control, not what you CAN'T.
