We often poo poo things that we've had a negative experience with, things that we don't understand, or things we are unwilling to try. What is the phenomena of poo poo-ing said sh!t? Well, we go in depth into what is really going on when we poo poo things, and how it can lead to toxic negativity if it goes unchecked. We also pose the question "Do you think the image you have of yourself matches the image people see you as?" It is a card we pulled from a game called We're Not Really Strangers. Enjoy!!
