Description

There are things in this world, beliefs we have, that can either serve or NOT serve us.  Today on The Allegory and Elm Podcast we explore letting go of the things that are NO LONGER serving us, re-evaluating, and reinforcing the things in our lives that do serve us.

A theme that kept coming up was relationships.  Your relationship to food, to alcohol, to social media, to politics, to even your friendships.  Sometimes things can serve you for a while and then, they may actually be a detriment to your growth journey.  Some relationships can actually hold you back.  Some belief systems and ways of thinking can hold you back from living up to your fullest potential.

If you are in the process of questioning ANYTHING, please reach out.  Whether it is a paradigm you've lived by that no longer serves you, or ways of thinking that just don't honor who you want to be, REACH OUT!  We would love to have a conversation about this as we are still very much in process.
