Let's have a chat today about how I rolled my eyes when I first heard about having a gratitude practice and how now, years later, it has fundamentally changed my life. I encourage you to find your own practice with gratitude in a way that feels good for you! Here are three ideas to get you started:
1) Start writing down 3-5 things you're grateful for each day
2) Start to notice the glimmers (the opposite of triggers)
3) From my friend Liz, in moments you want to remember, tap on your chest and day "heart record this moment."
