So many podcasts we've listened to talk about sex, but really don't delve very deep. No pun intended. Some may consider it too private, and that is okay. We are trying to break down some of the stigma surrounding sexuality and that it's okay to be into what you're into as long as it is safe and consensual. In this episode we talk about how vital COMMUNICATION is to our sexuality. It is so important that we are communicating with our partner about what their needs and desires are while also respecting and honoring our own needs and desires.
