In this episode 22, we discuss the power of connection and how it is vital to being successful. It’s a science. We can use a great example in nature to help us visualize the impact of cooperative efforts. The tip vortex is the methodical and astonishingly synchronized, aerial tailgating that geese do. Each bird that is behind the leader bird is taking advantage of the lift of the air coming off the wingtips of the bird in front. During long flights this then enables the team of geese to save considerable strength. The V-formation may also enhance the skein of geese’s capability to visualize and listen to each other, thus avoiding accidents. Their collaboration and cooperation prolong their life as well as gives them the opportunity to exert less energy.
There are three ways to improve yourself and stay off that island: 1). Communicate effectively 2). Work collectively, and 3). Trust the process.
