In this episode we discuss the power of saying no. This is something as educators we have to learn to do more often with fidelity but methodically.  Many of us go into the field of education because we have very caring hearts, a bleeding heart at times but that same thoughtful temperament gets us in too deep.  We must learn to say no to things that are not priority to our specific goals or our end game.  I share with you a simple technique called mind dumping.  Its invaluable and will help you strategically get on the road to urgent decisions.
