Transformed: Exchanging Value (Ep 91) In this episode we interview principal Regenia Crane. Regenia describes “Pure Leadership” as learning about how to empower others to become leaders. That starts with communication. She discusses her alternative program and labeling it with positive images, mantras, and expectations. Instead of using names like alternative she describes one of her programs as a cul-de-sac where the students can turn around. She believes in transforming lives! Her ideology is one of a healthy village with the right gate keepers making incredible things happen in education!
