Willed Wednesday: The Radiant Healing Smile (Ep 78)
We are so uniquely designed that we have an incredible tool to fight against stress. And it's within us. It's our smile. Here are four things to remember about the importance of smiling:
1. You attract people with your smile.
2. Smiling is contagious.
3. Your smile is a source of positivity.
4. Smiling can reduce stress.
Smiling can reduce anxiety because of the three neuropeptides: dopamine, endorphins, and serotonin. So I challenge you to S-M-I-L-E!
