We are so excited to share this week’s episode, "Blended Families From a Child's Perspective" with BKF's very own administrative coordinator, Emily Schwartz. At age 11, Emily and her four siblings moved from Florida to Texas, where they were adopted by her aunt and uncle. When her family blended, she gained three more siblings, making her one of eight children. This past June, Emily recently got engaged to her fiancé, David. In her free time, with her culinary education, Emily enjoys cooking, as well as hiking, reading, and listening to podcasts.
