We are so excited to share this week’s episode, “Blending a Family After Loss,” with special guest, Kelley Johnson! We were so blessed to sit down with Kelley and hear her story of growing up in a blended family after the loss of her biological father at 4 years of age. Kelley shared her perspective with us through her personal experience and gives great encouragement to families who are currently going through loss.
Kelley Johnson is a Registered Nurse, nursing advocate, public speaker, and the most recent former Miss California USA. Previously, she represented the Miss Colorado Organization across the nation as Miss Colorado 2015.
Kelley is remembered for her nursing monologue performance in 2015 that led to the famous "Doctor's Stethoscope" comment on the television show The View and the #NursesUnite campaign ignited across America.. The past three years for Nurse Kelley have included appearances on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Dr. Oz, The Doctors, E News, Inside Edition, and various other television, radio, and over 80 speaking engagements across our country where Kelley has consistently represented and advocated for the profession of nursing on a national level.
