Parental influence is a powerful thing. Children watch their parents’ every move. learning from the actions and behaviors they see. They are likely to pick up these behaviors and carry them for years to come. For that reason, it is important that we take steps show our children how to speak life into everyone we meet and treat others with love, kindness, and grace.
In this week’s episode, we introduce our newest podcast series, “Facing New Family Challenges Together,” with a discussion about the strength of parental influence on our children. They learn so much about life, marriage, family relationships, and social interactions by watching us, so self-awareness and intentionality in how we interact with others in front of our children are crucial.
