The flesh is a terrible thing, and when we look deeper into Scripture we find that there is a lot there about overcoming it. God is making war against the flesh and His name is "The Lord is My Banner." If we identity with the Lord in His high and holy state we will seek to overcome the flesh in our own lives and give Him the glory.
