We can all get caught up in losing our patience, but what does being impatient really mean?

When we are impatient we are asking ourselves to be out of the present moment, for it to be other than what it is. We are in a space of non-acceptance, of not being willing to accept what is right now and looking for something else.

It’s easy to say just be in the present moment but the present moment doesn’t always feel that great because there's other things your concerned about for the future.

In this contemplation, I talk about more practical ways to handle the feelings of both the emotional and mental levels and what roles the left and right sides of our brains can play.

When exploring how to shift out of being impatient we need to be mindful that we’re not just transferring it to another way of being impatient and out of the present moment.
