Meditation is a great way to start any day. When we start each day clear about how we want to feel, we can seek to experience that feeling throughout the day, even when challenges come our way. This practice asks you to feel into how you want to experience your day. Then embed a feeling into the conscious in order to recreate it at will. A powerful tool to acknowledge choice in how to react and experience life. If you enjoy it, please share with others.
